What this short drama is about
Jace wakes amnesiac in an acid pool in the post-apocalyptic Grey Zone, ruled by acid rain and Tower drones. Seven-year-old Leo tells him he is elite Sentinel Vance's bonded mate, and Leo was decanted from their genes by the Tower. Gentle and brilliant, Jace rebuilds scavenger life and saves Vance mid-mission. He later regains his memory, learns his body was hijacked by a rogue data ghost, and their bond was voluntary. As trust grows, a rival Sentinel demands a second mate bond, and the ghost resurfaces.
