The Mafia’s Fake Bride

What this short drama is about

25-year-old Elena Carter, a waitress at a Manhattan restaurant, was caught in the crossfire of a mafia shootout on her way home from work and became the target of a rival faction. In a life-or-death moment, she was rescued by Dante Moretti, the heir to New York's most powerful crime family. With no other way to survive the impending mafia purge, Elena had no choice but to accept Dante's proposition: pretend to be his girlfriend for three months. While Dante uses her as a shield against his family's pressure to marry and the probing of the rival Russo family, Elena moves into the perilous Moretti estate. Yet, as their dangerous fake relationship starts to blur into something real, Elena finds herself entangled not only in a brutal gang war but also in a decade-old blood feud. To her horror, she discovers that her own father was killed by the Moretti family ten years ago.
