What this short drama is about
Elizabeth steals her daughter Lily back from the orphanage, and the two rely on each other in a shabby rented room. Lily is her only child with her late love and her last emotional anchor. To raise her, Elizabeth works multiple jobs, enduring contempt and bullying. Then fate strikes again—Lily falls gravely ill, and astronomical medical bills crush Elizabeth. At her wits' end, she discovers her late husband was actually an heir to a wealthy family. To save Lily, she brings her into that family, which never accepted her, and uncovers the truth behind her husband's death.
